My Wings Have Finally Grown

Here's another picture for my character Neptune.
I'm finally done!
If you've read the reference sheet of Neptune, you would know that his wings only grow in Summer and Winter.
This picture shows his wings freshly grown.

This picture was too big! my computer crashed a lot especially when it's 6200x4216 px.

This landscape is inspired from the work: Solace from cerona.
I used Aomori's:
Splash water tutorial
Main brush
Hair brush set
other inspirations from her work
